Dr. Hendricks career is built on 30+ years of developing people. He has extensive expertise in architecting business solutions. He is best-known for his unique blend of training skills, consulting expertise and business relevance.  His work spans from the board room to the shop floor.  It relfects a straight forward, practical approach that closes the gaps between strategy and oeprations.

Bill started out as a teacher and coach.  He taught 5th grade for one year and then for 5 years he was responsible for designing, and maintaining alternative schools for  junior high and high school drop outs.  one year.  He also served as an advisor on the North Central America Certification Team for alternative schools for two years.  For 10 years Bill coached swimming and diving in programs in Iowa and Illinois where 45 of the kids he coached earned National All American recognition and seven went on to compete in the olympics.

Dr. Hendricks has worked inside and outside the organizational church.  He served as a full time pastor for  8 years and has worked in interim roles for more than 15 years.  Today, he is an executive consultant, managing crisis and conflict in local chruches, mainly in the central states.

Business Consultant
 Working with well-known companies like Walmart, Disney, Microsoft, Shell and ExxonMobil along with a host of small to medium companies,  Dr. Hendricks has provided business solutions on 5 continents and 13 countries since 1996. 

As a leader, Bill was part of an early start up company that grew into the world's largest training company.  He worked in Sprint as part of the HR Strategic Planning and Performance Consulting Team.  The was the Sr. Director for Learning & Development with Dairy Farmers of America. 

For 10 years he supported corporate clients across Central and South America.

​Bill, his wife of 47 years, Jacki, and one son live in Overland Park, Kansas. They volunteer with both Love a Golden and Golden Retriever Rescue and enjoy being Puppy Raisers for Canine Companions for Independence and Kansas Service Dogs.
